Carrying on with the Secret Jozi Chef Italian winter adventure and building onto their Inverno a Casa class they will be hosting a second in the series simply entitled Inverno (18 June; R480).  This event will see them sharing some secrets to creating the classic Osso Bucco, a wickedly good risotto Milanese (enriched with beef marrow and scented with saffron) and they will also be sharing the secrets on creating your own hand rolled garganelli pasta with a simple but decadent parmesan cream sauce.
