Love Paws Concert at NIROX Sculpture Park

Saturday 2 June

Cradle of Humankind

On Saturday 2 June a collection of South Africa’s favourite musicians will gather at NIROX Sculpture Park to raise funds and awareness for mankind’s feline and canine friends through the NGO’s Woodrock, 4Paws and PawsRUs. All proceeds go to charity.

Following the tremendous support shown to this benefit initiative last year, Love Paws is set to become an annual event on the live music calendar.

An acoustic Prime Circle, Arno Carstens, Ard Matthews, Jesse Clegg and 2017 The Voice South Africa winner Craig Lucas will be performing a live benefit showcase in NIROX’s grassy amphitheatre in the Cradle of Humankind – a World Heritage Site.

Animal lovers will unite in support of these valuable projects, amidst the natural splendour of NIROX Sculpture Park with its rolling lawns, meandering waterways and ever-changing sculpture exhibition.

A beautiful day in the country for the whole family, guests can enjoy a wide selection of excellent cuisine from the Epicurean Emporium, the fully-stocked ‘Bernie’s Bar’ and classic South African music, all the while contributing to the tremendous work being done by Woodrock, 4Paws and PawsRUs as they continue to provide care to abandoned and abused animals. Funds raised from last year’s successful event went towards the construction of new shelters, as well as veterinary and food bills.
