Impeccable, personalized service!

My husband, mother, infant daughter, and I recently stayed at Amanzi for the first 1.5 months of our move to Johannesburg. We could not have made a better decision than to stay at Amanzi! From our booking inquiry months prior to the very end of our stay Pam and Rob provided us with thoughtful, kind, and extremely generous service and care. The property itself is lovely – beautiful, well appointed rooms and cottages, peaceful tree and bird-filled property, and a lovely swimming pool and communal deck. Breakfasts were delicious every morning, with hot and cold options and fresh coffee. (I even got Pam’s granola recipe because it was too good to go without!) The location is also great within walking distance to grocery stores, a lovely park, and gyms, and short car rides to major shopping areas. But it was the personalized service and support from Pam and Rob, and the amazing duo of Thabang and Deli that made our stay so wonderful. To say “above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to describe it – moving to a new country with an 8 week old baby is NOT easy, and they made it completely manageable for us. They organized airport picks ups, showed us around the neighborhood, gave spot-on recommendations, and catered to our every need. Pam even let me borrow her car to drop off our belongings at our new place! All in all, it was absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend Amanzi highly enough for a short or long stay!
