Wow, where to start….I was looking for somewhere to stay for a friend wedding, after sending an email Pam and Rob were so accommodating with all my questions prior to my visit.
When we arrived the taxi pulled into the drive and all i heard was my name being called, as i got out of the cab there was a warm welcome from Pam and Rob.
The accommodation was spacious and beautiful, very well decorated, very clean. There was freshly filtered water, tea, coffee and yummy rusks. The room also had a small kitchenette where you can cook but its so cheap to eat out locally at Parkhurst or Robs favourite restaurant round the corner from the guest house where they do the best burgers.
The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, amazing homemade bread and a good old English breakfast with a choice of eggs. Nothing was too much.
Pam and Rob were amazing hosts- we had an itinary for our week but had nothing booked, they helped organise our taxis and our excursions, again nothing was too much. The hosts were great, and nothing was too much trouble and i have met two amazing people.
The area is very safe, very close to Hyde Park and i would thoroughly recommend this place for a short or long term stay.
